Strengthening Evidence-Based Early Literacy in Educator Preparation
Partnering with MA DESE to design and deliver a comprehensive statewide initiative helping educator preparation programs turn early literacy priorities into sustainable change. Our work combines strategy, professional learning communities, coaching, courses, conferences, and practical resources, to strengthen coursework, field experiences, and program design — helping future educators put evidence-based literacy practices into action.
MA EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY (MEMA)
Designing Scalable, Practical Emergency Management Training
Developing modernized emergency management training for MEMA’s Northeast Emergency Management & Training Center (NEMTEC). Our work combines instructional strategy, curriculum development, course authoring, accessibility, and digital delivery to create practical, engaging learning experiences, while supporting NEMTEC’s transition to a new learning management system designed for effective delivery at scale.

From needs analysis and instructional design through content development and compliance review, we develop accessible, engaging courses that meet state licensing requirements while building meaningful, job-relevant skills.
